Spanish Gastronomic Awards 2026
It is our great pleasure to invite you to the first edition of the Spanish Gastronomic Awards, to be held on Tuesday, April 28th at 18:30 hrs (registration opens at 18:00) at UNO MÁS Restaurant, Centara Grand at CentralWorld.
On this distinguished occasion, the Spanish–Thai Chamber of Commerce will announce the winners in the following categories:
- Gastronomic Ambassador Award
- Innovation Award
- Professional Career Award
- New Project / New Talent Award
We would be truly delighted to celebrate this special evening with you, in the company of distinguished members of the media and key opinion leaders.
Following the ceremony, guests will be invited to experience a collaborative culinary showcase prepared by an exceptional group of renowned chefs: Chef Palanca (Vaso), Chef Willy (Willy’s), Chef Borja (UNO MÁS), Chef Pepe Dasi (Luma), Chef Nacho (Luz), Chef Riki (La Feria), Chef Ferran (CENTO), Chef Roger (FUEGO), together with Michelin-starred Chef Manuel Alonso.
The menu will explore the diversity of Spanish regional cuisine, paired with a curated selection of premium Spanish wines from renowned denominations of origin.
