SUMMARY:ICEX VIVES – International Talent Training Project
DESCRIPTION:For the last 47 years ICEX has been supporting the training of young Spanish professionals with an international business vocation, we call them “Becarios”. Many of them have come to occupy positions of high responsibility in many companies. Definitely it has been a very successful program.\nNot abandoning it but with a view to covering new needs of companies, another different and innovative international talent training program is now being launched. It is called ICEX VIVES.\nTo summarize a lot, the ICEX covers all the cost inclusive of travel, accommodation and sustenance, for the training of young Spanish people in your companies, all over the world. This being a training program we do not use the term salary. For a year.\nWe believe it is a very interesting program both for companies that need to attract and cultivate talent in a very wide range of disciplines and functions, from the most technical to the more general such as management. By providing these young people with much-needed international experience, it will undoubtedly be a very useful tool to developing teams for Spanish companies. Obviously, it is also a program of great interest to Spanish youth.
